Returns

Cottonwood has a 7-day return policy. If you’d like to return a purchase, you must ship your order back to us within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

After requesting a return, our team will review your request. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label. Items will not be accepted if sent back to us without requesting a return.

In order to be eligible for free returns, you must keep at least $50 worth of goods.

In the event that the minimum of $50 has not been kept, a $5.95 fee will be charged for a return label.

All returns are subject to a $1.49 restocking fee.

Exchanges

The fastest way to process an exchange is to return the item you have, wait for the return to be accepted, and complete a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If the return is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 3-5 business days. Please remember that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
